Technical requirements for access
To access the Website, the USER must have access to the Internet, pay the corresponding access and connection tariffs and have the computer equipment and systems necessary to make the Internet connection, including an appropriate terminal (computer, telephone, etc.) and a modem or other analogue or similar access device. Correct access and use of certain content and services on the Website requires the downloading of certain computer programs or other logical elements to your equipment. Implied installation will be the responsibility of the USER, and ThyssenKrupp Elevator declines all responsibility arising therefrom.
Obligation to use the Website, Services and Content correctly:
The User
The USER undertakes to use the Website, Services and Content in accordance with the law, morals, good manners and public order. The user is obliged to use the Website, the Services and Content diligently, correctly and licitly and, more specifically, the user promises not to reproduce or copy, distribute, permit public access by means of any form of public communication, transform or modify the Content, except with the authorization of the holder of the rights or except when it is legally permitted; Likewise, the User is obliged to diligently keep the passwords provided by ThyssenKrupp Elevator secret and to accept the consequences or financial prejudices arising from any lack of diligence in keeping said passwords secret.

ThyssenKrupp Elevator does not control nor guarantee the absence of viruses nor other elements in the Content which may cause alterations in the computer system (software and hardware) or electronic documents and files stored in the User's computer system
Rejection and withdrawing access to the Website and/or Services
ThyssenKrupp Elevator reserves the right to reject or withdraw access to the Website and/or Services at any time and with no need for giving advance warning to those USERS who fail to comply with the Conditions of Use.
Responsibilities
ThyssenKrupp Elevator will not be responsible, other than for the responsibilities defined in the general conditions of use on the Website, directly or indirectly for:
